Refund policy

You have a legal period of fourteen days to withdraw from receipt of the products at the delivery address (the product must be clean, unworn, undamaged in which case the reimbursement of the goods will not be validated ).

This deadline does not apply to manufactured supplies requiring personalization, engraving, or others. In the event of withdrawal, we undertake, by return of check, transfer or bank card credit, to reimburse the customer for the amount of the invoice amount of the products (note that outward shipping costs will not be refunded), concerning the order, within a maximum of 30 days.

The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
